How to eat noodles?


For those who don’t know, noodles are a type of food made from dough which is rolled flat and then cut and stretched into long thin strings. it can be easily refrigerated for short-term storage.

Sometimes it comes even dried such as those known as ‘instant noodles’. Noodles are usually cooked in boiling water, but this varies from dishes.

Originated from China, opinions are divided on how good they actually are for our health since they are low in calories, but also low in fiber and protein.
