TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FIXED-TERM COMMITMENT
The advertisement is booked for a specified duration. The advertiser is bound to maintain the advertisement for the entire term.
NO EARLY TERMINATION
The advertiser may not cancel or withdraw the advertisement before the agreed end date.
PREMATURE WITHDRAWAL (IF PERMITTED)
In exceptional cases where withdrawal is considered, a 30-day written notice is mandatory and subject to approval by www.thenewsgateway.com
NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
All payments made toward the advertisement are final and non-refundable, regardless of any premature withdrawal.
WITHDRAWAL PENALTY
If premature withdrawal is approved, all fees paid by the advertiser shall be forfeited, and the advertiser shall incur an additional penalty of 25% of the total advertisement charges.
ADVERTISEMENT DURATION, MODIFICATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
- Duration: Advertisement display duration shall be as specified in writing or as stated on the invoice.
- Modifications: Advertisers may request changes to advertisement design by providing a minimum of one week’s prior notice.
- Editorial Approval and Charges: All design modifications are subject to editorial approval and may incur additional charges.
- Confidentiality: All advertising agreements, terms and associated charges shall remain strictly confidential.
INDEMNITY CLAUSE
The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless www.thenewsgateway.com from any financial or reputational loss resulting from premature withdrawal.
FORCE MAJEURE
Premature withdrawal is permitted only in cases of:
1. Legal bans or government orders.
2. Natural disasters or injunctions.
3. Platform-wide technical failure exceeding 72 hours.
Even in such cases, payment obligations remain enforceable.
REASONS FOR THE POLICY
This policy ensures uninterrupted advertising schedules and financial stability for the platform.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting payment (full or partial), signing the agreement, or initiating the advertisement placement, the advertiser acknowledges and accepts all Terms and Conditions mentioned in this Advertising Policy. Such acceptance shall be deemed binding, irrevocable, and enforceable.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana City.
MODIFICATIONS TO THIS ADVERTISING POLICY
We reserve the right to modify or update these Advertising Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion, without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to submit, manage or engage with advertisements on our platform after such changes are posted, advertisers acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the revised Advertising Terms and Conditions.
