Major Development boost in Nalwa Assembly Constituency announced by CM Nayab Singh Saini

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced a series of ambitious development projects for the Nalwa Assembly constituency, emphasizing that the state government will spare no effort in ensuring the region’s comprehensive progress.

The Chief Minister stated that construction of an Urban Health Center in Azad Nagar will commence soon. In addition, a sub-health center will be established in Panihar Chak once suitable land becomes available, and the primary school in Azad Nagar will be upgraded to a high school.

Nayab Singh Saini made these and other announcements while addressing a public meeting in Nalwa, Hisar. Nalwa MLA Randhir Panihar was also present on the occasion.

Regarding the proposal to upgrade Mangali to a Sub-Tehsil, Balsamand to a Tehsil, and Adampur to Sub-Division status, Nayab Singh Saini stated that the state government has already constituted a committee to examine the matter. Once the relevant applications are submitted to the committee, these requests will be considered and acted upon. In addition, the inclusion of Siwani Sub-Division from Bhiwani District into Hisar District will be finalized following the required feasibility and fulfillment of norms.

The Chief Minister announced that Rs 4.72 crore will be allocated for the construction of a water pumping station on the Rawalwas Sub-Minor to resolve the drinking water issues in Panihar Chak. He also declared an allocation of Rs 33 crore for strengthening the sewerage and stormwater drainage system along Azad Nagar-Kaimri Road (Wards 18 and 19) and in Patel Nagar (Ward 16). The OP Jindal Minor will be expanded at a cost of Rs 1.43 crore, while the Ratera Talwandi Kharif Channel Pipeline Project will be executed at a cost of Rs 32.19 crore. He further announced that solar-based micro-irrigation projects will be implemented in the Balsamand Barah Cluster at a cost of Rs 33.24 crore and in the Panihar–Choudharywas Cluster at a cost of Rs 106 crore. In view of flood damage in the region, a major project will also be undertaken to enhance the capacity of the Bhiwani Drain and to supply water to the Ratera Talwandi Kharif Channel at an estimated cost of Rs 322 crore. Additionally, drains in the Nalwa area will be repaired, the capacity of the Hisar Ghaggar Drain will be increased, and paving and concreting work will be carried out as required in the areas of Kaimri, Gangwa, Patan, Arya Nagar, Matrashyam and Shahpur.
