Punjabi Fest-2025 celebrated with great pomp at Paradise International School

Patiala, November 3

Punjabi Fest-2025 dedicated to Punjab Day was organized by Paradise International School, Ghagga under Patiala Sahodaya School Complex. SDM Patran Ashok Kumar attended the event as the chief guest. About 450 students from 27 schools of Patiala area participated in this program with great enthusiasm and showcased their talent in six different cultural and creative activities depicting the religious and cultural heritage of Punjab.

The competitions were judged by the Judge Panel, which included renowned theatre artist Gopal Sharma and Director Natraj Arts Theatre Parminder Pal Kaur. In the Ramp Walk Competition, St. Mary’s School, Sanur won the first position, D.A.V. Public School, Patiala and Mount Litera Zee School won the second position and Our Lady of Fatima Convent Secondary School stood third.

In Slogan Writing, St. Mary’s School, Sanur also won the first position, K.S.B. World School, Patran stood second and St. Xavier’s International School, Patiala and Scholar Fields Public School, Patiala stood third.

In the Nukkad Natak Competition, Pepsu International School, Devigarh, Patiala won the first position, D.A.V. Public School, Patiala stood first runner-up and D.A.V. Public School, Patran and Delhi Public School, Patiala were the second runners-up.

In the folk song competition, D.A.V. Public School, Patiala won the first position, Mata Gujri Senior Secondary School, Devigarh was the second and Bhupindra International School, Patiala and St. Xavier’s International School, Patiala secured the third position.

In the turban-tying competition, Ganga International School, Dhabi Gujri won the first position, Sparkling Kids – The Foundation, Patran secured the second position and Mata Gujri Senior Secondary School, Devigarh secured the third position. In the folk dance competition, Sparkling Kids, Patral secured the first position, Dr. B.S. Sandhu Memorial Public School, Julakheri and Pepsu International School, Devigarh, Patiala secured the second and Bhupindra International School, Patiala secured the third position.

School Chairman Dr. Amritpal Singh Kaleka and School Principal Dr. Parminder Kaur congratulated all the winners and participants. He appreciated the hard work of the staff and students for making the event a success. The day ended with an atmosphere of pride and joy, celebrating the colorful cultural heritage of Punjab and the vibrant energy of its youth.
