NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
All payments made toward the advertisement are final and non-refundable, regardless of any premature withdrawal.

ADVERTISEMENT DURATION, MODIFICATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

- Modifications: Advertisers may request changes to advertisement design by providing a minimum of one week’s prior notice.
- Editorial Approval and Charges: All design modifications are subject to editorial approval and may incur additional charges.
- Confidentiality: All advertising agreements, terms and associated charges shall remain strictly confidential.
INDEMNITY CLAUSE

FORCE MAJEURE
Premature withdrawal is permitted only in cases of:
