Ludhiana, June 8
BCM Arya School conducted a week-long VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) Camp for girls of Classes VI–XII under the leadership of Principal Kritika Seth. The camp focused on developing leadership, resilience, adaptability, and teamwork through experiential learning and interactive activities. Students enthusiastically participated in sessions on robotics, bridge making, cooking without fire, beauty and wellness, NCC training, disaster management, fashion designing, fabric painting, yoga, sports, and team-building activities that promoted holistic growth and confidence.
The disaster management sessions were conducted by Company Commander Gurpreet Singh, Platoon Commander Inderjeet Singh and Tajinder Singh, while the NCC training sessions were led by Havildar Mane Ganesh and Havildar Gurjeet Singh from 3 Punjab Girls NCC Battalion. The beauty and wellness sessions were conducted by makeup artist Pooja Puri and the fashion designing sessions were guided by Neeru.
Parents highly appreciated the initiative and expressed happiness on seeing their daughters become more confident, disciplined, independent, and socially active through the camp experience. Appreciating the efforts, Kritika Seth said that such programmes help students become future-ready leaders capable of facing challenges with courage and determination.
