CT Group of Institutions celebrates innovation & talent at Kshitij 5.0

The Department of Management Studies at CT Group of Institutions, North Campus, Maqsudan, recently organized “Kshitij 5.0 – The Management Carnival,” a grand event dedicated to celebrating the vibrant perks of college life. This carnival served as a dynamic platform for students to exhibit their multifaceted talents, ranging from artistic creativity to strategic thinking. The campus was transformed into a hub of energy and innovation as students from various disciplines came together to participate in a series of challenges designed to test their real-world skills and professional aptitude.

The event featured an extensive lineup of competitions that balanced traditional arts with modern management challenges. Participants engaged in diverse activities such as Rangoli, Mehndi, and Poster Making, while others tested their intellectual limits in the Mind Mystery Quiz and Picture Interpretation. The carnival also celebrated the performing arts through Solo Singing, Solo Dance, and Group Dance performances. Strategic and teamwork-oriented events like the Treasure Hunt, Role Play, and Collage Making further enriched the experience, ensuring that every student found a venue to express their unique capabilities.

Beyond the entertainment, Kshitij 5.0 was meticulously designed to promote holistic development and learning outside the traditional classroom setting. The competitive environment encouraged students to develop essential leadership qualities, boost their self-confidence, and master the art of teamwork. At the conclusion of the festivities, the institution recognized outstanding performances by awarding winners with certificates, trophies, and medals, thereby fostering a culture of excellence and healthy competition within the academic community.
