Four Punjab Cadre IAS Probationers — Subrat Singh Balot, Gurkanwal Singh, Himanshu, and Adiba Anam Ashfaque Ahemad — paid a courtesy call on Punjab Governor and Adminstrator Chandigarh Gulab Chand Kataria at Punjab Lok Bhavan, Chandigarh. During the interaction, discussions were held on public service, good governance, and the responsibilities of young administrators in nation building.
