Ludhiana, July 3
Punjab Agricultural University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Satbir Gosal today visited the Department of Agricultural Journalism, Languages and Culture (AJLC) to review the recently upgraded infrastructural facilities. During the visit, he appreciated the department’s efforts in strengthening its infrastructure and creating an improved academic environment.
Addressing the faculty members, Dr. Gosal emphasized the importance of teamwork in achieving academic excellence and institutional growth. He also interacted with the newly appointed Assistant Professors and encouraged them to work with dedication, sincerity, and a spirit of innovation to contribute meaningfully to the University’s mission.
Dr. Kiran Bains, Dean, College of Basic Sciences and Humanities, PAU, appreciated the initiatives undertaken by the department and encouraged the faculty to work collectively for the continuous growth and overall welfare of the department.
Dr. Sheetal Thapar, Head, Department of Agricultural Journalism, Languages and Culture, PAU, coordinated the visit and briefed the Vice-Chancellor about the infrastructural developments and the department’s ongoing academic and extension activities. The faculty members expressed their commitment to further strengthening the department through collaborative efforts and academic excellence.
