In a significant step towards strengthening, energising and making the party organisation more people-oriented, a monthly review meeting of all District Congress Committee (DCC) Presidents of Haryana will be held on 7 August 2026 at Landmark Resort, Sonipat, under the chairmanship of AICC In-charge for Haryana, Shri Sanjay Dutt, and Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) President, Shri Rao Narendra Singh.

Sharing this information, the Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee stated that regular organisational meetings are being conducted every month as per a fixed schedule to ensure an efficient, accountable and result-oriented party structure. Accordingly, monthly meetings of Block Congress Committees are held between the 1st and 5th of every month, while District Congress Committee meetings take place between the 1st and 10th. Thereafter, monthly review meetings of the District Congress Committees are organised between the 10th and 15th, during which AICC In-charge Sanjay Dutt personally reviews the organisational work and provides necessary guidance.

The meeting will review organisational expansion, the membership drive, the formation of committees at the Mandal and Booth levels, upcoming programmes, and the party’s activities on issues concerning public welfare.

The Pradesh Congress Committee further informed that out of 180 Block Congress Committees in Haryana, nearly 150 Block Presidents have already been appointed. In addition, the formation of Mandal-level committees has been completed in 10 districts, while the remaining districts will complete the process shortly. Once the Mandal formation is completed, the campaign to establish the Congress organisation at the Booth level across the state will be accelerated.

On the occasion, AICC In-charge for Haryana Sanjay Dutt said: “The Congress Party’s objective is not merely to expand the organisation but to build a strong organisational structure that becomes the voice of the people in every village, every ward and every booth. Regular reviews, accountability and the active participation of workers will infuse new energy into the organisation. A strong booth-level organisation will be Congress’ greatest strength in the times ahead.”

HPCC President Shri Rao Narendra Singh said: “We are building the organisational structure across Haryana with full commitment and determination. By creating dedicated teams of workers at the Block, Mandal and Booth levels, the Congress Party will remain continuously active among the people. Our aim is to build a disciplined, accountable and fighting organisation that raises the voice of the people firmly on every issue concerning public interest.”
