The Governor of Punjab, Gulab Chand Kataria, today formally welcomed Major Suyash Malviya of the 47 Armoured Regiment at Punjab Lok Bhawan, Chandigarh, on his assumption of charge as Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to the Governor. Hailing from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, Major Malviya was formally presented with the ADC badge and formation sign by the Governor, marking his appointment to the prestigious position.
The Governor extended his best wishes to Major Malviya for a successful and rewarding tenure. He urged him to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and dedication to duty, in keeping with the finest traditions of the Indian Army. The Governor expressed confidence that Major Malviya would discharge his responsibilities with commitment, sincerity and distinction.
