Ludhiana, December 12
The 3 Punjab Girls Battalion NCC, Ludhiana organized a special SSCD Activity to celebrate National Energy Conservation Day with the theme “Use Green Hydrogen”, here today. The event was conducted across multiple institutes, including SDP, BVM USN, KGSSS, and MTSM, with 138 cadets participating enthusiastically. CO RS Chauhan, Commanding Officer of 3 Punjab Girls Battalion NCC, inspired and motivated the cadets to actively engage in energy conservation initiatives and adopt eco-friendly practices in daily life. The session aimed to create awareness about sustainable energy solutions, highlight the significance of green hydrogen in national energy security, and encourage analytical thinking, creativity, and civic responsibility among cadets. The event featured interactive discussions, presentations, and creative projects, effectively promoting knowledge of energy efficiency and fostering environmental awareness. It received wide coverage in local media and college newsletters, emphasizing cadets’ active participation and the guidance provided by CO RS Chauhan, successfully instilling a sense of responsibility towards national sustainability initiatives.
