Chandigarh, October 7
A delegation of senior officials from the Haryana Government held a detailed meeting with senior officials of Singapore Corporation Enterprise, Government of Singapore, in Singapore. The primary objective of the meeting is to exchange best practices and experiences related to the Mixed Land Use Policy and land pricing. The meeting is expected to provide important policy insights for upcoming government projects in Haryana. In particular, it will help in formulating a better and more effective policy for land leasing by the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) and various industrial estates, as well as in making township development in Gurugram more systematic and modern.
The objective of the meeting is to further strengthen Haryana’s policies related to land management, industrial development, and urban planning, making them more transparent, investor-friendly, and robust from a long-term perspective, while creating a conducive environment for development in the state.
