CT Group of Institutions, North Campus, Maqsudan, hosted an inspiring panel discussion titled “Empowered Today, Unstoppable Tomorrow”, aimed at fostering dialogue on women empowerment, gender equality, leadership, and self-confidence among young minds.
The session featured distinguished panelists including Major Monika (Indian Army), Parveen Abrol (President, Divya Drishti NGO), Heena Sharma (Radio Jockey, Radio Mirchi Punjab) and Dr. Dalwinder Kaur (Assistant Professor, GlobalNxt University, Malaysia). The speakers shared their inspiring journeys, challenges, and achievements, emphasizing resilience, determination, and the courage to break societal barriers.
The discussion was thoughtfully moderated by Dr. Sadhna, Head of the Management Department, who also led an engaging interactive session. Students actively participated, gaining valuable insights into leadership, personal growth, and professional development.
The event was graced by Joint Managing Director, CT Group Tanika Channi and Co chairperson Parminder Kaur Channi, who lauded the initiative. Tanika Channi highlighted the importance of nurturing confidence, leadership, and self-belief among young women, while Parminder Kaur Channi emphasized the need to break stereotypes and foster a supportive environment for women to excel across all spheres.
