The Hero DMC Heart Institute, Ludhiana, in collaboration with BCM Arya School, Lalton, organized an inspiring awareness session and tree plantation drive under the theme “Rukh Lagao, Dharti Bachao” to promote environmental protection and sustainability.
The event was graced by Dr. Sheeba Takkar, Professor of Cardiology at Dayanand Medical College and Hospital (DMCH), Ludhiana, as the Chief Guest. In her address, she emphasized that a healthy environment is essential for a healthy heart and encouraged students to make tree planting a lifelong commitment.
Students of BCM Arya School participated enthusiastically in the plantation drive led by the chief guest and guest of honour pledging to protect and nurture the saplings they planted. The school campus echoed with the message of sustainability and the joy of contributing towards a greener planet.
Principal Kritika Seth extended heartfelt gratitude to the Hero DMC Heart Institute for their meaningful collaboration and appreciated the efforts of all the guests for inspiring young learners to take active steps in preserving the environment.
