SCD Government College Ludhiana as NCC AIR WING cadet (4 PB AIR SQN NCC, Ludhiana) CSUO Rahul Singh has been selected for RDC 2026. CSUO Rahul Singh has achieved this milestone due to his hardwork , determination, rigorous training and dedication. Before being selected for RDC 2026, CSUO Rahul Singh attended Pre RDC I,II,II&IV including Inter Group Competition and demonstrated extraordinary skills required for representing the Punjab , Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh Directorate in the PM RALLY.
Group Captain B S Gill Commanding Officer 4 Pb Air Sqn Ncc, lauded the indefatigable spirit and dedication demonstrated by CSUO Rahul Singh during the training camps that resulted in his selection. Principal Prof (Dr) Gursharn Jit Singh Sandhu also congratulated the cadet for his achievement and wished him luck for his journey ahead.He also praised ANO Flg Offr Sarika Prasher whose continuous mentorship and motivation helps the Air Wing cadets to achieve great heights.
