Chandigarh, April 23
Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee President Rao Narender Singh accompanied Congress Party’s mayoral candidate for Ambala Municipal Corporation elections, Kulwinder Kaur, and got her nomination papers filed. A great deal of enthusiasm was witnessed among Congress workers and supporters during the nomination event.
Those present on the occasion included Rohtak Member of Parliament Deepender Singh Hooda, local MP Varun Mullana, Co-Incharge Praful Gudadhe, AICC Secretary Chetan Chauhan, MLA Nirmal Singh, former MLA Jasbir Mallour, Member Secretary of the State Congress Disciplinary Committee Advocate Rohit Jain, District Congress Committee Urban President Pawan Aggarwal, District Congress Committee Ambala Rural President Dushyant Chauhan, RGPRS Haryana Chairman Fom Lal along with hundreds of party office-bearers, workers, and supporters.
Addressing the gathering, Singh said that Kaur is a kind-hearted, hardworking, and socially committed woman. He stated that the Congress Party has chosen a family as its candidate that has always stood with the people in their joys and sorrows. He expressed confidence that under Congress leadership, Ambala would witness holistic, well-planned, and rapid development.
Singh, Deepender Singh Hooda, Varun Mullana, Nirmal Singh, and all other speakers appealed to the public to ensure a resounding victory for Congress candidate Kulwinder Kaur.
A large number of people present on the occasion enthusiastically expressed their support and reaffirmed their faith in the Congress Party.
